ORDER PROCESSING

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom, oversized, specialty, or backordered items may require additional processing time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


SHIPPING METHODS

We ship using trusted carriers including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Freight carriers for oversized items

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility falls to the shipping provider.


TRACKING INFORMATION

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Slammin’ Snook Tackle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and retain all packaging materials for claim purposes.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country.

International shipping times may vary significantly depending on destination and customs processing.


OVERSIZED OR SPECIALTY ITEMS
