A 5.3:1 gear ratio retrieves over 40 inches of line per crank, allowing anglers to quickly recover line after long casts or stay tight to fast-moving fish.
Inside, a precision machine-cut brass pinion gear works with a premium stainless steel bearing system to provide smooth, dependable performance. Standard spinning models feature 4BB + 1RB, while the Rockaway RBF Baitfeeder models include 5BB + 1RB and Okuma’s On/Off Auto Trip Baitfeeding System, allowing fish to take the bait naturally before the primary drag engages with a simple turn of the handle.
